Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

Today's image is a scene that lies on the main spike of a minibrot near one of the two main spikes of its Mandeloid parent.  This parent fractal is a strange kind of Mandeloid -- a classic Mandelbrot set that has split apart on its negative X-axis, and has two main spikes, pointing diagonally upward and downward.

The rating of a 7 might be a bit overdone.  The colors could use more work, and lack the brilliancy I have been trying to achieve lately.

The name "Low Lamplight" has no connection to anything fractal.  It merely brings a vague feeling of relaxation.

Another perfect day passed unappreciated by the fractal cats here at Fractal Central on Tuesday.  The day began chilly, with a temperature of 43F 6C, but with a clear sky and strong sun, warmed to 77F 25C in the afternoon.

My day was average.  FL was still wondering why I claimed that mankind is its own greatest threat.  The next FOTD is due to be posted in 24 hours.  It might make it; it might not.  Until then, take care, and take it easy when it's breezy.
