Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

Sunday was totally relaxed here at FC, and my fractal ambition was limited to finding an interesting fractal, which I did.  I present it here for entertainment purposes only.  No one is expected to take it seriously.

The name "Lazy-Day Fractal" confirms the lack of effort.  The rating of a 4 is well below average for FOTD images.  Actually, there could be some pretty good sub-images in today's parent fractal.  Unfortunately, I could not work up the energy to go searching for them.

Luckily, the calculation time is only 1-3/4 minutes, making running the parameter file a minor task, and even this small effort may be eliminated by surfing to the currently active FOTD web site at:

A little rain fell Saturday night but cleared away by 11am Sunday.  Lots of sun and a temperature of 45F +7C for the rest of the day kept the fractal cats stretched on their window shelf.  The humans did little more than the cats did, except for a bit of speculating about what might happen for the rest of the year.  The next FOTD will be posted in 24 hours.  Until then, take care, and a Boltzmann brain is a self-aware unit that appears spontaneously from nowhere.  No one takes their existence seriously, but some of the latest cosmological theories make their existence inevitable, at least in an infinite and eternal universe at maximum entropy, a condition that our universe currently seems to be destined for.
